Momtrepreneur/MLM companies

I am tired of my friends & coworkers falling victim to the "sisterhood" of Momtrepreneur-ship.  Today I opened my Facebook to a feed that was FILLED with people trying to get me to buy junk that I don't need.  Some of these women can be pretty aggressive and it's so uncomfortable.  The awkward parties, the promise that their product will CHANGE MY LIFE!, the idea that if I join their amazing business "team" (pyramid?!) on the "ground level" that my next vacation will be paid for...I'm over this.  I'm happy for my friends if they've truly found a good fit for them - a way to make some extra cash, a product they like - that's awesome for them!  But I'm skeptical, and I'm not interested in buying jewelry, candles, skincare, shakes, nail stickers, etc. etc. because a) I don't need it or b) I can buy a similar product for a fraction of the price next time I hit the grocery (or better yet, at home on amazon).  Anyone else getting bombarded with these INCREDIBLE MLM "opportunities?"  How do you tactfully decline?
