What are symptoms of a missed miscarriage?

When I first found out I was pregnant, my boobs killed, I was super bloated and I felt off.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and I don’t feel anything. My boobs barely hurt if you touch them, I’m still bloated but not as much as before... and I have no other symptoms.

My first ultrasound and appointment is Thursday. I’m so scared that when they do in ultrasound that the baby stopped growing at a certain point.

Does loosing symptoms mean missed miscarriage or is normal?
