Shopping for Baby?!

Have any of you started shopping for babes yet? I’m 12w and have picked up a few gender neutral things and some diapers. Target usually runs a special once a month or so where if you buy 2 boxes of diapers you get a $10 gift card so I’ve been stacking the $10 on the same gift card, and just pick up a box for baby when I pick up a box for my 2 year old. Trying not to go overboard but I feel like starting early 1- helps me get my walking in and 2- helps it not be such a huge cost all at one time.

What have you picked up for your littles? ❤️ am I crazy starting this early? 🤔
