No help with baby shower 😑

in the beginning of my pregnancy my cousin said she would help me do a baby shower for August 4. I write down everything got it planned like we discussed. she wrote me asking what I'm getting and will I still have it I let her know what I'm getting(most if the stuff) I asked her to get a few pink decorations plates silverware even if its from the dollar store and I asked if she can do empanadas I'll buy the stuff for it. she then writes later on can't someone else help you I'm helping my friend with her shower. i m thinking of not having one now.

I was excited its my first girl out of 3 boys I wanted to celebrate her for my little family, everyone was so happy and willing to help me with this. but im thinking now I shouldnt do anything.
