New mom here. My baby is three days old and now my breasts are extremely sore. Probably engorged idk. But we’ve been having trouble with latching so ive been trying to pump. I’m the hospital we had an electric pump but they sent me home with a hand pump. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if I just don’t have that much milk. But I pump for about 10 minutes on each side and only get about 10 ml and my breasts are still sore after. I’ve been taking a warm cloth and trying to massage each one before trying to pump which I feel like has helped slightly might not much. Any tips on how to get the most from hand pumping? :/
