I suffer with super bad cramps during my period. During that time I vomit for the first two days. The cramps are so bad that u can't even stand up straight. I get cramps throughout the entire month but during my cycle it's just terrible. Lately I've been bleeding through a super tampon and pad in about an hour and a half. I am also sexually active with one person. I'm curious to know what a good birth control would be.
