Have you ever had a man change for the better?

Serious question though, all these guys are always promising to change. Have you guys ever had a man legitimately change for the better? And if so, how?!?

I’d use the word growth over change. My boyfriend and I have both grown as people for bettering ourselves and our relationship

A guy I was into was suicidal and we talked every night at the same time and I told him that he had to change and get better and finally he started to slowly but it takes patience and love.

Real change happened when my husband and I set goals together. He used to no help me at all at home on the weekends. This was making me really upset, so I sat him down and told him that we would have more time together on weekends if both of us were doing stuff. I was really serious tho. After that conversation he changed. I barely ever have to ask him to help on weekends.

My ex boyfriend was quite suicidal and smoked quite a bit. He also had some abandonment issues but we worked through them and he is actually quite happy. We broke up a few months ago but he is now happy and able to life a self sustaining life.

I don't know if the counts but my boyfriend used to smoke and was a dropout (before our relationship).  Now,  he no longer smoke and is returning to school to get his degree. He is a nice guy but sometimes the woman needs to guide their man a bit if you know what I mean

Idk if he really “changed” but I did used to spend a lot of time complaining that he wasn’t putting forth enough effort and I felt the relationship was very one-sided... and recently he has been doing more and I feel better about it 😊
