Am I too young?

Hi everyone! So my husband and I are ttc!! I am 20 and he is 22! I know we seem young, but hear me out! A lot of people say that we should wait and they usually have the typical arguments. Their concerns consist of financial stability, careers, time for the 2 of us, etc. However, I feel as if we are ahead for our age. I say this because 1) We have savings and have no financial issues. We have plenty of money left at the end of the month with his income alone. We own 2 cars, and our HOUSE!! 2) My husband is active duty military and plans to make a career of it. I am a Realtor and that is what I plan to pursue. Therefore, careers aren't an issue. 3) My husband and I have been married for just under 2 years and we have been together for over 3. I know that is not an insanely large amount of time but we knew each other growing up.

A few other components:

1: I had feared that it may be difficult to conceive. Which I learned a couple days ago that I more than likely have PCOS. I would rather have children sooner than find out later that I am not able to.

2: My parents are older (53, and 60), and I would really like my children to be able to get to know them.

3: I would like to have children sooner so I have the energy to run around with them. Also so that they are out of the house while my husband and I are still somewhat young.

Am I crazy for wanting children now? Am I wrong for ttc? Am I too young?
