Food and fitness tips for weight loss that aren't keto?
Anyone have food or fitness tips that aren't keto related... I can't do it because my kidneys can't handle the body going into the whole keto thing and all I ever see for weight loss now is keto this and keto that. kind of feeling like I wont be able to ever successfully lose weight:/
