Pregnant?

Hi there! Let me just say a few things about myself before we get started on my issue.

I am 22 years old. I have been married to my husband for a year. We met in college when I was 18 and started dating. He is the only person I have ever had sex with. We’ve recently started talking about having a baby, as I am doing online school and not working too much, so we finally have a chance before life gets crazy again.

Anyways. On June 6th, we had sex while I was at the peak of ovulation and he came inside me for the very first time. I know it’s too early to know if I’m pregnant. But a little while ago, I went to the bathroom and I there was some blood in my underwear. I haven’t had any cramps or anything and I’m not supposed to start my period until June 20th.

Is this an early sign that I am pregnant? Or is my body just panicking for some reason? Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated, as I am clearly new to all of this.
