Okay so I’ve recently moved out, rent is super cheap and it was a good opportunity with a girl I knew from college so me and my boyfriend took it. We have been living here less than 6 months and I already want to leave, she is sooo controlling!

She monitors whether our curtains are opened or not, the power we use etc. today I got home and she didn’t say hi but just looked at my shoes to check I hadn’t stepped in mud cause it’s been raining 🙄 I gave her clothes the other day cause I was getting rid of them- no thank you, it is driving me insane!!!

Also the house is so damp because it doesn’t seem like it’s been properly insulated, and our room got mould all on the walls so we had to clean it and buy a dehumidifier to try and fight it. SHE HAS EVEN TRIED TO CONTROL HOW OFTEN WE USE THAT she was like you shouldn’t leave it on like you do cause it’s using power. Even tho we need it for our own health and so it doesn’t ruin our stuff again? Yet she uses a heater at the slightest drop in temperature instead of putting on more clothes and also uses an electric blanket and keeps every fucking light on??!!!

Anyways so I’m in the kitchen cooking my dinner and watching Netflix, now obviously kitchen and lounge are communal areas and we each have a bedroom of our own, for some reason she is choosing to study in the lounge tonight instead of in her room and she’s telling me I can’t watch Netflix???? Like I understand that she’s studying but she doesn’t get to choose where and control the room right? Surely?! Like wtf? Go to your own room and study then! She has the biggest room in the house with a desk set up and everything yet she chooses the fucking lounge and then controls what I’m doing? I don’t even know what to do anymore bc the rent is so good it means we can save and shit, but she is driving me crazy!!!

Am I being unreasonable in finding these things annoying? Pls help 😂😂😂
