hey mamas! I'm off for my "booking in" appointment this morning... jist my first appointment with my midwife... I know I don't get scanned or anything fun like that but just wondering what happens at the appointment and so on?? feels like forever until i get to meet my little monster on screen! I'm 8 weeks 5 days xx. **UPDATE** funnily enough you were all correct.... back from my appointment with a lovely midwife.... had blood taken and urine sample and lots of medical questions and have been booked in as a low risk healthy pregnancy ..yay!! and now apparently my hospital of choice will contact me regarding my first scan in approximately 3-4 weeks xx
