How do you ladies keep the *clean* feeling when on your period???

I have really irregular, heavy periods and I can’t even go pee without blood just being everywhere and getting everywhere. I struggle with being able to feel clean while on it and I can never fully get all of the blood off of me when I wipe, it seems. It ends up smearing usually.

I use super plus tampons as well but when I take one out, it’s so full of blood even after 1-2 hours that it still ends up everywhere, almost like it’s not catching all of it. How do you ladies that struggle with the same thing, keep feeling fresh while on AF? I’ve heard of using peri wipes/feminine wipes after wiping with toilet tissue but was curious if those do the trick or not.
