For those of you who pump after breastfeeding, how much do you get?

I can get about 4-5 oz if I pump after a middle of the night feeding or first thing in the morning. If I try during the day Or evening I only get 1-2oz.

If I pump in the middle of the night because he’s been sleeping for a while (I haven’t had this “problem” in a while since he stopped sleeping long stretches...) I can pump 4 oz., maybe more but I only pumped until I was comfortable and then went to sleep.  If I pump in the morning after he’s eaten I can pump 1.5-2.5 oz.

I pump just once a day after her morning feed. I usually get 8 oz after. I EBF her and pump once a day to build a “Just in case” stash.
