I’m worried I have HIV. I had unprotected sex about a month ago and last week I noticed a white coating on my tongue. It’s worse in the morning and usually comes off with brushing, but it returns the next day. I also have post-nasal drip and sinus pressure and the allergies are really bad in my area, so I don’t know if it could be due to that. However, I have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my jaw and sometimes experience pain swallowing. I don’t have a fever. Do you think I should get tested?
