I don't get it!!! Going insane!!!

I am 27 years old. I had a tubal ligation done 4 years ago after my 3rd easy to concieve child. I have had regular cycles. I have only been late by one or two days twice in them 4 years. I am now 10 days late heavy clear CM, minor cramping occasionally, bloating, metallic taste occasionally, constipation, nausea, and heartburn. I'll add never have I woke up in the middle of the night with heartburn EXCEPT when I was pregnant with my daughter; which has happened. I feel pregnant no spotting what so ever. No symptoms of AF coming. I did a bleach test at 4 days late which got my hopes up. Yes, ik it's a myth and harmful now. I did it twice once with DH urine to compare. All said pregnant. Since then I have tested 4 times it says negative but I'm still with symptoms and no period. What shoul d I do? Since missed period day 5 I have started and non stop researching. I'm driving myself insane. I swear my body is playing a cruel joke on me... if so it's horrible. I just wanna cry. Ig I'm not but what is going on with my body if so. We havent been trying so phantom pregnancy just doesn't make sense.
