I will be 6wpp c section on Thursday. Well Saturday I notice I was getting some blood from my incision not much and bright red vaginal discharge with some blood clots (small but noticeable). I stopped bleeding last week and even before I stopped bleeding it was light brown. Then yesterday my incision starting bleeding a bit more to the point my husband even noticed and I'm passing bigger clots. Has anyone had this happen to them? I don't believe it's my period bc I'm breastfeeding and pumping.
