It wouldn't bother me honestly. There are several cultures around the work where babies are allowed to suckled on dad's nipples to help soothe baby when mom isn't around.

My baby doesn’t suckle him but I have heard random “OUCH”s after he tries to latch when my husband is carrying him with no shirt on. LOL

No. Babies will try and latch on to nipples. It’s totally normal. Not weird or gross.

This question confuses me slightly, but I would be extremely disturbed. But my SO is a man, so I'm not sure why that would be happening?

This is a weird question. I would honestly probably laugh but I also don’t see that happening ever because my SO is a man and any time our oldest has gotten anywhere near his nipples my husband covered them because he knew it would hurt.
