Hi, I am 38 weeks 3 days pregnant and for the past 24 hours have had continual discomfort in my lower back and front... it feels like period pains. I'm also having a stabbing like pain in my vagina. Is this common in the last few weeks or does it mean labour might not be too far away??? The pain actually woke me up last night and is still here this morning. The "when is it going to happen" is starting to drive me a bit crazy!!!

Any thoughts would be appreciated... thanks!
