9 days late 😳

So I’m 9 days late and I have been having very very light spotting off and on for the last few day I’ve take plenty of test all negative should I contact my doctor for blood work!?! I also didn’t have af in March but I did in April & May any ladies very have this happen?!?! 😢😢
