My son was 34 weeks 5 days and I had him vaginally but he was very healthy and 6 pounds 1 ounce. A friend of mine had a 32 week baby and had to have a csection since it was an emergency. She had preeclampsia and he had stopped growing, he was only 2 pounds 9 ounces at birth. So it just depends how the baby and mom are doing at the time I think.
