Did I miss ovulation

I am cd 12 today I usually ovulate early every cycle I have cramps now but I hope I did not miss is early morning on the 9th please help I need reassurance 😩😩

According to my Reproductive Endocrinologist the OPK harm more than help. Because of the timing. She recommends daily sex starting day 9-10 until day 20.

You ovulate 12-36 hours from a positive OPK. The test on the 9th looks the closest to a positive than the others. If you BDd anytime after the 9th then you still have a chance.
