Early Pregnancy Symptom???

TMI ⚠️ 
For the past few days I have had diarrhea, stomach pain and really bad gas. AF is not for another two weeks is this possibly an early pregnancy symptom?? My diet has not changed at all and I am not stressed any one experienced this before?  Thanks!

Could have a stomach virus or gastritis. Doesn't necessarily mean pregnancy right away. I always get diarrhea right before AF arrives 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I had bad shits for 2 days straight 4 days before my period and found out I was pregnant later on. Am not sure if that associated with that! good luck 😊
