so I have been having cramps on my left side off and on on Tuesday I throw up that morning I thought it was the food I ate but me and my family ate the same thing is having pains on your left side could be early pregnancy or just period pains usually I get cramps on my whole stomach and I only got nauseous one time usually if someone is pregnant they get nauseous every morning
