Broken Condom

My boyfriend and I were having sex yesterday, and noticed the condom broke. He did not ejaculate at all, so he just changed the condom. But I’m a little worried about precum. (He said he peed and took a shower before I came over) I don’t like taking plan b because of the extra hormones, but it would be better than getting pregnant. What should I do?
