Yeast infection
So I felt a yeast infection coming on and I hardly ever get them. I think it’s from swimming in this lake this past weekend but I soaked a tampon In coconut oil and put it in for 6 hours now im completely yeast infection free! So just a little tip if you need some fast acting cure. Depending on how severe it is doing this can help clear it from a few hours to 2 days.
