AF cramps vs pregnancy cramps?

So annoying that I always over thinking way to much. Suppose to start my period today and nothing... But having very mild AF cramps and this has been going on for probably over a week. Seem a little more frequent today so I am thinking it's just AF. Any similar symptoms or stories prior to getting pregnant?

They always felt the same to me. Even being 39 weeks pregnant I still feel like my cramps feel the same as they would if I was on my period.

I think the cramps i had before i found out i was pregnant with my first daughter were worse than my normal period cramps.

My cramps are usually mild but with pregnancy they seemed lower down. More of knitting feeling than an entire lower abdominal cramp. I’m currently late for af with just brown spotting now nothing and these same type cramps. Idk if I’m over thinking too but it’s driving me insane!
