Well took a digital this morning 1 day before AF is supposed to show & BFN 😔

..... I'm guessing this means I'm out again 😭 I really hope were not putting in all this effort and find out years down the road we can't have another baby 🙁 Who's all gotten late BFPs? or is there anyone out there who's had gallbladder & appendix removed & still gone on to have another baby???
