What to take?

Im 19 and have never taken any birth control, i just wanna advice on the best options. I really don’t want anything that will make me put on any weight or have heavier or more painful periods. Any advice?

For me the absolute best was the patch. Change it once a week and thats it. For me I had no side effects as opposed to gaining 60+ pounds with the shot. My personal experiences are stay far far away from the shot. The pill didn't have any major side effects for me that I can remember, I just couldn't remember to take it each day and it wasn't helping with my cramps which was why I started it in the first place. So for me, Patch is amazing.

You have to just try and see what works for you I was worried about that too but it doesn't effect my weight or give me any symptoms really worse case you try something and it doesn't work for you just try and see
