Sorry if this seems long.

I found out I was pregnant in May 26 ( first day of last period was April 26) I went to the doctor the Tuesday and did blood that Wednesday I got my HCG levels back it was at 1491. I did blood on the Thursday and got my results back Friday it was 6500 ( not doubled) .Wednesday that just passed I had spotting ( thought it was normal went to the hospital to be safe) he did an ultrasound and saw nothing (clearly I was only 5 ish weeks) he told me nothing but took my blood it was at 7980( still not doubled) went to another hospital the next day ( Thursday) got my blood test back results were at 6900 they did both ultrasounds and saw nothjng the sac was empty no fetal pole of yolk sac ( still at 5 weeks 5 days kinda ish normal) the bleeding stoped since then. My doctor says it looks like a miscarriage and to get blood work done Monday (today) and still go for the ultrasound I have booked for June 16. They also might have to send me for a DNC. Today I go to get blood work done and it’s at 6553 ( not even 3 days and barley dropped). My question is, is this normal or is god playing a sick joke. I’ve had no bleeding, or cramping my boobs still hurt. Has anyone Experienced this? I’m so confused and have no one to talk to.
