So my sister has had 3 miscarriages and I want to be very kind to that when we tell her we are expecting. Her and I are extremely close and my plan is to tell her first and privately so she doesn’t feel the need to react in front of others. Only issue here is that we work incredibly opposite schedules and tend to see each other only at family functions recently. Is it horrible to text this huge life update to her? We would really like to start telling our immediate families and some close friends soon but I don’t want anyone else to accidentally break the news to her so I want her to know first. Any advice?
