I’m 4 1/2 mo pp and all of a sudden I went from getting at least 3 oz pumping while I’m at work to getting 1 oz it was literally like overnight, I’m not quite sure how normal or abnormal this is? I’ve just moved into a new house and was probably more stressed than I thought could that cause my supply to diminish so quickly? Is there anyway I can get it back up quickly because I’m having to supplement with formula a lot because there just isn’t enough for him 😞 I pump twice a day at work and then breastfeed while I’m with him.
