No. There are so many reasons to why you’re spotting. 
Implantion bleeding is really rare, about 17% of all women have it, but here on glow it feels more like 800%   
Spotting before your period can mean low progesterone or an hormonal imbalance or so many other things. 
No symptom is a guaranteed pregnancy symptom. Only a hpt taken properly, blood test and later an ultrasound can confirm pregnancy. 
Please speak to your doctor if you’re ttc and the spotting persists.
