Tail bone pain!?

Does anyone have terrible tailbone pain?! Like to the point you can’t even move in bed.. if so what can you do about it? Massage? Chiropractor? I need answers! 😭😭😩

I got a memory foam butt pillow for work and for the car, it helps a lot!

I used to have that ALL thru my pregnancy. I would get adjusted every 3 months and it helped a lot. Try stretching. But it’s very common in pregnancy. There’s some physical therapy you can’t do pregnant because of the trigger points and it can induce your labor.

yes all the time. every day. I had broken mine twice when i was younger, so im sure that added to the problem. But it turned out to be PGP (pelvic girdle pain)
