So y’all my son is almost 9 months. He’s been teething for awhile (3 months) and nothing has broke through yet. However, i did notice that he has a swollen bump in his gums. BUT he’s had swollen/reddish areas on his gums before. This time feels different. I took a picture and seen this. Is that a tooth attempting to break through?

SECONDLY, he’s been spitting up. I have him his normal 6:00 bottle but he’s spit up 3 times. Could he be nauseous due to the pain? HELPPPP!!!! TIA 💙
