my doctor told me I could lose weight
so I'm 5'5" I was 168 before I got pregnant with this baby. that's 40 + pounds heavier than my pre pregnancy weight with my first. and my doctor told me I could change my diet to try and lose some weight because I'm over weight. 200 pounds.
now that I'm actually losing the weight. my family's mad at me. in 2 weeks I've gone from 200 to 193.
