IM SICK...NEED HELP

Hi...I need advice fast. I'm 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I caught a very bad cold I can hardly breathe been sneezing alot no cough no fever I'm afraid to go to the hospital because that's where I got this cold from. please what can I take that's safe for me and baby, first pregnancy..my hubby is trying his best but he's getting all his advice from bumps...need help fast.
