Anatomy Scan coming up

16 weeks today, counting down the days till our anatomy scan at 18 weeks. Excited to see our baby again but most of all, find out the gender! So much so that we have the appointment in the morning that Friday and will be doing the big gender reveal at a party that same day! Any one else get their scan done yet? I'm curious what exactly goes on at this scan. What were your experiences?
