missed period! 😭

so my period is late by 4 days, almost 5 and i’m starting to panic. i feel the cramps but they only come for a second and then leave so i’m not sure what’s going on. i know i’m not pregnant bc i’m not feeling any of the symptoms for pregnancy so now idk what it is or if it’s just a missed period! :(
