I thought there was no way it would happen this month because we barely tried... my fiancé had a bad fall in a slippery kitchen and had 16 stitches in his face and then he got a cold a week after that. BD just wasn’t on our minds!

But then I was supposed to get an MRI on my knee, which is still recovery from an ACL reconstruction and I decided to take a test since I hadn’t started my period yet. Felt like I was going to any minute—cramping, sore breasts, emotional. Felt exactly like AF. When the rest ame up positive, I was floored! NI couldn’t believe it. Took another test next day:

Obviously had to cancel the MRI and figure out my knee later. I’ll be 5w tomorrow and going in for an intake appointment at my obgyn. I’m beyond excited and still having trouble believing I got so lucky and am so blessed. Only 2nd month ttc!
