Horrible back pain!!
So I went to bed about two hours ago then was woken up by this horrible upper/mid back pain.( I'm 31 weeks and 6 day) It hurts so bad I could cry. I went swimming earlier today and didn't know if that would have anything to do with it. If anyone has any advise please help! I don't know if I can go back to sleep.
