Baby measuring behind

L

Just some positive words for anyone in our position.

Our seemingly perfect pregnancy changed at 36 weeks when we were told our daughter was measuring about 2.5 weeks behind. We did ultrasounds and nonstress tests and it was determined my placenta wasn’t effective and she needed to come early. She was going to be small and may need a short NICU stay. I was induced yesterday at 38 weeks. She had an apgar score of 10.. 6.13 pounds. 18 inches long. Perfect. We were told she would be 4.5 pounds based on ultrasound and tests. So happy they were wrong and I worried myself sick for weeks for no reason
