Braxton hicks 18 weeks
Just got off from a midwife and I explained how my tummy goes hard at the bottom
And soft everywhere else. She said I’m experiencing braxton hicks. She said as long as it’s not painful and regular should be fine. Can anyone else relate? Im really worried now, first time mum. Thank you in advance xx
