My baby is 4 1/2 months old, so by now I’ve accepted the fact that my milk supply is low. Sometimes I just need to know I’m not the only one. 😕 I’ve tried everything that was suggested to help get it up (power pumping, all kinds of food and supplements) and it worked for a while, but it’s just recently dipped again. Even though I wish I could provide enough food for my baby, I don’t feel guilty at all about using formula, especially when I see how happy he is when he has a full tummy. Here’s hoping that my supply is enough for my future babies 🤞
