AF wins again ..

well unfortunately AF won the contest again... but before my husband & i were TTC, my period cramps were a breeze! They were painful but bearable but ever since we’ve been trying for our first baby - every single period are so SO painful and the cramps are so sickening and it’s nearly impossible to move. I know everyone says “you’re more in tune with your body when TTC” & i understand that but I also know my periods very well before and now and it has nothing to do with being “in tune” - my cramps and periods are flat out worse !!

Anyone else notice this or know why?

My husband says it’s my body really trying to clean itself 😂
