Should having an affair be against the law?
FOLLOW UP QUESTION- Should child support and alimony be influenced by an affair?
FYI- Adultery is illegal in 19 of the 50 states.
What should the consequences be?
I personally do not think it should be against the law. Maybe if I was a SAHM or SAHW I would feel differently. I like that I’m in a no fault state.
