I'm carrying about the same as you and I know my baby girl has dropped but people keep giving me the "you're carrying way too high" crap. It's annoying. She WAS really high. My boobs were resting on my belly around 30 weeks but I dropped around maybe 33 weeks and I have a gap between my boobs and belly now. I'm 37+5
