i haven’t felt nauseous this morning and i can keep down crackers and grapes... do you think i could eat pizza or pasta?

As someone who's had both stomach bugs and bad morning sickness (including that one time I had the stomach bug at 35 weeks pregnant😩), I would say try a little bit of whatever sounds good. If it sits, have a little more. The pasta might work better, though, sometimes tomato sauce can be a bit acidic.
