Would this transfer to my vagina?

So I had a shower and I wasn’t thinking i touched this pimple like thing on my face and then I was checking out my vagina so I was touching it. And I didn’t wash my hands before I touched my vagina after touching the pimple thing on my face so. My question is, is this going to transfer to my vagina now? This is what it looked like when i touched it.

Once I put clothes on i popped it and this is what it looks like now
