So my daughter is almost 10 months old and my husband and I have been having unprotected sex for about a month now . The problem

I’m having is I still breastfeed pretty frequently so I know that probably will lower my chances of conceiving , but also I haven’t got my period yet so How will I know if I’m pregnant if one of the signs is a missed period ? Does this make sense ? Has anybody else gone through this ? I need advice .
